Community Reinvestment Agency

The City Council serves as the Community Reinvestment Agency Board. As authorized by Utah State Code 17C, cities may form Community Reinvestment Agencies to help form and oversee Community Reinvestment Areas (CRAs). The CRAs are a valuable resource to help a city fulfill its planning, economic development, and place making goals. Millcreek inherited one project area from Salt Lake County (West Millcreek), and created the Canyon Rim Commons CRA, MedTech CRA, Millcreek Center CRA, Olympus Hills CRA, and Woodland Avenue CRA.
