Notice of Surplus Property (PDF)

Notice is hereby given that approximately 8,997 square feet of real property located at or near 700 West between 4060 and 4100 South, Millcreek, Salt Lake County, Utah, has been declared surplus through Ordinance 24-44, adopted by the Millcreek City Council on September 9, 2024. The City Council has determined that the parcel is a significant parcel of real property as defined by Millcreek Code of Ordinances 2.22.180 and that the minimum bid for such property shall be an exchange of property, approximately 8,979 square feet at or near 4066 and 4075 South 700 West, of the same value. The highest and best economic return to the City is the property exchange which provides a better alignment of 700 West Street.
