1st Annual Awards Luncheon

The Millcreek Business Council is hosting its 1st Annual Awards Luncheon on October 5 from 11:30-1:00 at Camp Tracy. We want to celebrate exceptional Millcreek businesses by offering several awards.

The awards are as follows:

Business of the Year- This award will be selected from the Business of the Month Winners from January 2020-June 2021. Any Millcreek business is eligible to submit an application for the Millcreek Business of the Month award. Winners of the Business of the Month award are selected for their exceptional civic and community engagement. Want to apply? Scroll down for more information!
Mayor's Choice-This award will be selected by Mayor Jeff Silvestrini.
Community Choice Awards-These awards will be selected by popular vote in three different categories, Retail, Restaurant, and Service.

Lunch will be catered by Charlotte-Rose's Carolina BBQ, a local Millcreek restaurant. At the luncheon we will be pleased to hear from keynote speaker Martin Frey, the first person to climb the seven summits and sail the seven seas. All proceeds for the event will be donated to Martin's charity, Summit Journeys.

Better Your Business Virtual Seminar

You are invited to attend our no-cost Better Your Business Virtual Seminar on "Supporting Women at Work" presented by Robbyn Scribner (flyer attached).

The COVID-19 pandemic has caused severe disruption to women's careers, and understanding the unique pressures on women is critical to stabilizing their workforce participation.

This virtual seminar will be held on Tuesday, September 21, 2021, 8:30 am - 10:00 am.

Millfreaks Trick or Treat!

Villains are lurking about in Millcreek’s four community-realms on October 16th. Join us for an entertainment-hunt that winds through Millcreek’s common, wild and often unknown spaces to disrupt the villains’ objectives. Remember, their fate is in your hands.

This is the ultimate trick & treat experience. It’s a Halloween party in/out of your car with lots of twists-and-turns. Entertainment for all ages.

WHEN:             Saturday, October 16th
5 MillCreep Car Tours (Capacity is limited, per tour)
4:00 – 6:00pm
5:00 – 7:00pm
6:00 – 8:00pm
7:00 – 8:00pm
8:00 – 10:00pm

LOCATION:      Various locations in Millcreek
FEE:                 $25 per vehicle
