Millcreek City Hall’s roof is equipped with a 116.5 kW photovoltaic solar system – 233 panels. This PV system will produce approximately 170,393 kWh of electricity annually. The installation of this powerful PV system was, in part, due to a generous Blue Sky grant from Rocky Mountain Power. As a stipulation for this grant, Millcreek will continue to post PV system Efficiency Reports here on our website. An actual snapshot in real time of our PV efficiency dashboard will be displayed on the central wall monitor located on the 1st Floor of City Hall.
