Parkview Drive Storm Drain Improvement Project

Project Overview

Millcreek plans to extend the storm drain system installed on Hale Drive into Parkview Drive, continuing towards Gilroy Road. The project aims to enhance drainage capacity in the area and reduce the risk of flooding during heavy rainfall. During construction, crews will carefully excavate the road to install new drainage structures, such as catch basins and pipes, which will efficiently channel rainwater away from the streets and surrounding properties. 

Millcreek will notify residents in the affected area before the construction schedule. Residents can expect the following during the project:

• Construction activities will take place during daytime hours (8 a.m. - 5 p.m.)
• Increased noise, dust, and vibration
• Intermittent road closures and traffic shifts
• Temporary driveway closures for residents directly impacted
• Staging of construction equipment, materials, and traffic control
