Sunnydale Drive Safety Improvement

Project Overview

Millcreek plans to enhance pedestrian access and safety by improving the sidewalk on the west side of Sunnydale Drive and installing a pedestrian access ramp. These improvements will create a more secure path for pedestrians, reducing the risk of accidents and encouraging safer travel. 

Millcreek will notify residents in the affected area before the construction schedule. Residents can expect the following during the project:

•  Construction activities will take place during daytime hours (8 a.m. - 5 p.m.)
•  Increased noise, dust, and vibration
•  Intermittent road closures and traffic shifts
•  Temporary driveway closures for residents directly impacted
• Staging of construction equipment, materials, and traffic control devices     

Project Timeline* & Updates

The project has reached substantial completion. Construction crews may be in the area to complete the final punchlist items and perform cleanup.
